ABORIGINAL COMMUNITIES (JUSTICE AND LAND MATTERS) ACT 1984 - SECT 103
103 Possession or consumption of alcohol in or on dry place
(1) A person must not, in or on a dry place, possess or consume alcohol.
Maximum penalty--250 penalty units.
(2) A person must not, in or on a dry
place, be drunk.
Maximum penalty--25 penalty units.
