ABORIGINAL COMMUNITIES (JUSTICE AND LAND MATTERS) ACT 1984 - SECT 102

102 Obstructing members

(1) A person must not obstruct or improperly influence a member in performing the member's functions under this Act.

Maximum penalty--200 penalty units.

(2) In this section--

influence includes attempt to influence.

obstruct includes hinder, resist and attempt to obstruct.
