86 Plans of survey
(1) The Minister must ensure that a plan of survey, capable of registration in
a register kept under the Land Act or Land Title Act , is prepared to show the
identified, and as appropriate, the agreed, boundaries of any lease proposed
to be granted under this Act.
(2) In a proceeding under this Act in the Land
Court, the Land Court may order the Minister or the chief executive to prepare
a plan of survey, capable of registration in a register kept under the Land
Act or Land Title Act , necessary for giving effect to a decision of the
court.
