ABORIGINES AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDERS (LAND HOLDING) ACT 1985 - SECT 31

31 Representations to council or appeals tribunal

In the matter of an application made to an indigenous council under this Act or in the matter of an appeal instituted to an appeals tribunal under this Act no party shall be represented by counsel or solicitor but may be represented by any other agent appointed in writing in that behalf.
