Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsEvery forfeiture of a lease provided for by section 9(2), whether on the ground of default in payment of rent or some other ground, shall be declared by the Governor in Council by notification published in the gazette and shall take effect on and from the date of publication of the notification.
