Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Within 28 days after notification has been given under section 6(1)(c) or 8(b) the Minister administering the Land Act 1994 shall cause to be given to the applicant to whom the grant of a lease has been approved by a trustee council or, as the case may be, an appeal tribunal notification in writing that approval of the applicant's application has been recorded and that an appropriate lease is in the process of being issued.
(2) The Minister administering the Land Act 1994 shall cause to be clearly and prominently noted on the instrument of lease issued to an applicant the restrictions on holding the tenement under the lease prescribed by section 18(4).
