(1) The chief executive must keep a register of persons who have made an
expression of interest under division 2 (the
"expression of interest register" ).
(2) The chief executive may only, and
must, enter a person’s name in the register if—
(a) for a person who has a
spouse—
(i) the person and the spouse make an expression of interest jointly
under division 2 ; and
(ii) the chief executive is satisfied the person and
the spouse are eligible to have their names entered in the
expression of interest register; or
(b) for another person—
(i) the person
makes an expression of interest under division 2 ; and
(ii) the chief
executive is satisfied the person is eligible to have the person’s name
entered in the expression of interest register.
