ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1991 - SECT 67
67 Discrimination in insurance area (goods and services)
A person must not discriminate--
(a) by failing to supply insurance; or
(b)
in the terms on which insurance is supplied; or
(c) in the way in which
insurance is supplied.
