Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) It is not unlawful to discriminate on the basis of age or impairment by retaining an existing superannuation fund condition in relation to a person who became a member of the fund before the commencement of section 53.
(2) In this section--
existing superannuation fund condition means a superannuation fund condition in existence at the commencement of section 53.
