Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to an act done before the commencement of this section by a person acting, or purporting to act, as the State Archivist under the Libraries and Archives Act 1988.
(2) The act is taken to have been, and always to have been, as valid as it would have been if it were an act done by the State Archivist under that Act.
