PUBLIC RECORDS ACT 2002 - SECT 33

33 Time and place of meetings

(1) Meetings of the committee are to be held at the times and places it decides.

(2) The committee's chairperson--

(a) may call a committee meeting at any time; and
(b) must call a meeting if asked by at least 5 members of the committee.
