Part 2 Amendment of Liquor Act 1992
Clause 33 omits sections 203 to 207 of the Act, relating to the former
licence fee assessment process. A new section 203 is inserted to provide
for the filing of a return in relation to liquor purchased or obtained by a
licensee during a licence period.
Clause 38 is omitted.
Clause 39 is omitted.
