Erratum to Explanatory Notes

Building Amendment Bill 2005

Reason for Erratum
A minor typographical error has been identified in the explanatory notes. It
is important this is corrected to ensure that the explanatory notes are
consistent with the Bill.

Notes on Provisions
Paragraph 6 on page 5 of the explanatory notes states that for motels
"Section 12B(2)(c) excludes from the definition of a BAB, motels in which
guests may only let individual beds, rather than whole rooms". This
sentence should be removed and replaced with "Section 12B(2)(c)
excludes from the definition of a BAB, motels in which guests may only let
whole rooms, rather than individual beds".
