`The amendment of the Water Resource (Burnett Basin) Plan 2000 by 10
the Water Infrastructure Development (Burnett Basin) Amendment Act 11
2001 does not affect the power, under the Water Act 2000, to further amend 12
the plan or to repeal it. 13
