Tobacco Products (Licensing) Amendment
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with 1
the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in 2
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows. 3

This Act may be cited as the Tobacco Products (Licensing) 5

omit `30 per centum' (wherever occurring), insert `75%'. 14

`(2) The fee to be paid for the issue of a licence, or for the renewal of a 17
licence, for or in the licence period December 1992 is the fee applicable for 18
the licence on and from 1 December 1992.'. 19
