not the subject of the authority's by-laws--the duty 4
owed by a licensor to a licensee; 5
(b) if the member is on land that is, or the use of which is, 6
the subject of the authority's by-laws and the member is 7
using the land in a way that is consistent with the 8
by-laws--the duty owed by a licensor to a licensee; 9
(c) if the member is on land that is, or the use of which is, 10
the subject of the authority's by-laws and the member is 11
using the land other than in a way that is consistent with 12
the by-laws--the duty owed by an owner or occupier of 13
land to a trespasser on the land.5 14
`89A Nature of occupier's duty to visitors in park--other land 15
`(1) This section applies to land within the park, other than public 16
use land. 17
`(2) The nature of the duty owed by the occupier of the land to a 18
visitor on the land is as follows-- 19
(a) if the visitor is on the land under the approval or 20
invitation of the proprietor, the administration authority 21
or another lawful occupier of the land--the duty owed 22
by a licensor to a licensee; 23
(b) if paragraph (a) does not apply--the duty owed by an 24
owner or occupier of land to a trespasser on the land.'. 25
