s1 6 s5 Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) The Parliament of Queensland enacts-- 1 title 2 Short Clause 1. This Act may be cited as the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) 3 Act 1999. 4 5 Commencement Clause 2. This Act commences on the day of assent except so far as is otherwise 6 expressly provided. 7 Acts--schedule 8 Amended Clause 3. The schedule amends the Acts mentioned in it. 9 10 Repeal Clause 4. The Medicare Principles and Commitments Adoption Act 1994 is 11 repealed. 12 13 Explanatory note 14 This Act has been identified as exhausted. It was originally enacted as a requirement 15 of the Medicare Agreement which has now expired. notes 16 Explanatory Clause 5.
