Clause 1. This Act may be cited as the South Bank Corporation Amendment Act 3

Clause 2. This Act amends the South Bank Corporation Act 1989. 6
of s 23 (Powers in relation to land) 7
Amendment
Clause 3. Section 23(7), definition "commercial precinct"-- 8
omit, insert-- 9
` "commercial precinct" means generally the area of land in the name of 10
the corporation bounded by Vulture Street, the railway line, and the 11
areas known as Glenelg Street, Little Stanley Street, Tribune Street and 12
Grey Street.'. 13

`Amendment
`40.(1) This section amends the approved development plan and has 18
effect as if it were an amendment of the plan approved by the Governor in 19
Council under section 21. 20
`(2) Approved development plan, section 4.1, at the end, as a new 21
paragraph-- 22
insert-- 23
`The intent of this precinct is also to provide for a pedestrian and cycle 24
bridge across the Brisbane River.'. 25
