The Parliament of Queensland enacts-- 1
1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Parliamentary Service Amendment Act
2002. 1

This Act amends the Parliamentary Service Act 1988. 3
3 Amendment of s 4 (Definitions)
Clause 4
(1) Section 4, definition "employee", after `not include'-- 5
omit, insert-- 6
`an officer of the parliamentary service.'. 7
(2) Section 4, definition "misconduct", paragraph (a), after `service;'-- 8
insert-- 9

(3) Section 4, definition "parliamentary precinct", `means'-- 11
