This Act may be cited as the Police Service Administration and 4
Misconduct Tribunals Amendment Act 2001. 5

This part amends the Police Service Administration Act 1990. 9

After section 9.1-- 11
insert-- 12
`9.1A Relationship with Industrial Relations Act 1999 13
`The industrial court and the industrial relations commission do not have 14
jurisdiction in relation to a matter that has been, is being, or may be 15
reviewed under this part even though it may be, or be about, or arise out of, 16
an industrial matter within the meaning of the Industrial Relations Act 17
1999.'. 18

`4A Relationship with Industrial Relations Act 1999 8
`The industrial court and the industrial relations commission do not have 9

District Court may decide under this Act even though it may be, or be 11
about, or arise out of, an industrial matter within the meaning of the 12
Industrial Relations Act 1999.'. 13
