provide for a People's House in the Parliament of Queensland

`(3) One of the members is to be the chairperson of the Weipa 1
Town Authority. 2
`(4) One of the members is to be the mayor of the local 3
government mentioned in schedule 1A, part 2 that has the 4
highest population. 5
`(5) For subsection (4), the population of each local government is 6
to be worked out by reference to the results of the most recent 7
Census of Population and Housing published by the 8
Australian Bureau of Statistics.'. 9
