1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Prostitution Amendment Act 2001. 3

This Act amends the Prostitution Act 1999. 5
3 Amendment of s 64 (When assessment manager must refuse

Section 64(1)(c)-- 8
omit, insert-- 9
`(c) the local government for the local government area has required 10
that all applications within the area be refused, and the Minister 11
has agreed that the applications should be refused; or'. 12
