Clause 3.(1) Section 35(2), after `given notice'-- 9

`(an "accepted application notice")'. 11
(2) Section 35(2)(a), `(an "accepted application notice")'-- 12

`(3) An accepted application notice must also state that-- 16
(a) if the application is a non-claimant application--the application 17
will be taken to be unopposed unless a claimant application for 18
part of the area covered by the non-claimant application is given 19
to the Registrar, or the National Registrar, within 2 months after 20
the Registrar gave notice of the non-claimant application under 21
subsection (1)(a); or 22
(b) in any other case--a person who wants to be a party to the 23
application must give the Registrar written notice within 2 months 24
after the Registrar gave notice of the application under 25
subsection (1)(a).'. 26
