The Parliament of Queensland enacts-- 1
Part 1 Preliminary 2
Clause 1 Short title 3
This Act may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Act 2006. 4
Clause 2 Commencement 5
This Act commences on 1 July 2006. 6

This part amends the Liquor Act 1992. 9
Clause 4 Amendment of s 107C (Chief executive may impose 10
conditions on licences and permits) 11
Section 107C-- 12
insert-- 13
`(2) Without limiting subsection (1), a condition may, and always 14
could, require that a patron of licensed premises or premises 15
to which a permit relates must not be allowed to enter the 16
premises during a stated period of a day. 17
