The Parliament of Queensland enacts-- 1
Clause 1 Short title 2
This Act may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment 3
Act 2009. 4
Clause 2 Act amended 5
This Act amends the Integrated Planning Act 1997. 6

Schedule 8, part 1, table 2-- 9
insert-- 10
`For a community hospice guest house
12 Making a material change of use of premises for a community hospice
guest house.'.

Schedule 10-- 12
insert-- 13
`community hospice guest house means premises-- 14
(a) at which short-term accommodation and care is 15
provided-- 16
(i) for no more than 3 persons who are terminally ill 17
or dying; and 18
(ii) by no more than 3 permanent staff working at the 19
premises; and 20
(b) situated in an area identified in a planning scheme as a 21
rural or rural residential area.'. 22
