Freedom of Information Amendment
The Parliament of Queensland enacts-- 1

Clause 1. This Act may be cited as the Freedom of Information Amendment Act 3

Clause 2. This Act amends the Freedom of Information Act 1992. 6
of s 36 (Cabinet matter) 7
Amendment
Clause 3.(1) Section 36(2)-- 8
omit, insert-- 9
`(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to-- 10
(a) matter officially published by decision of Cabinet; or 11
(b) matter about expenses incurred, or claimed to be incurred, by a 12
Minister or a person assisting a Minister; or 13
(c) matter, if action taken in relation to the matter, that would make it 14
exempt matter if this paragraph did not apply, was taken 15
predominantly for the purpose of making it exempt matter.'. 16
(2) Section 36(4), definition "submit", `the purpose of submitting the 17
matter to Cabinet,'-- 18
