`Dissolution
`22.(1) The pineapple group committee is dissolved and the period of 20
office of its members ends.1 21
`(2) A person is not entitled to be paid compensation because the 22
person's period of office ends under subsection (1). 23
`(3) This section expires on the day it commences. 24
1 The pineapple group committee was established under section 11 (Constitution
of sectional group committees).

`Vesting
`23.(1) On the commencement, the assets, rights and liabilities of the 2
pineapple group committee vest in the other fruits committee. 3
`(2) A legal proceeding by or against the pineapple group committee that 4
has not been finished before the commencement may be continued and 5
finished by or against the other fruits committee. 6
`(3) This section expires on the day it commences.'. 7
