Clause 1. This Act may be cited as the Forestry Amendment Act 1999. 3

Clause 2. This Act amends the Forestry Act 1959. 5

Clause 3. Section 5-- 7

` "native forest hardwood sawlogs" means native hardwood timber for 9
use for sawmilling. 10
"native forest sawlog allocation system" see section 69A. 11
"sales permit" means a permit granted under section 56.'. 12
