`115.(1) The appointment instrument appointing Barrie Milton Rollason 13
as auditor-general for a term of 4 years on and from 17 December 1992 is 14
taken instead to have appointed him as auditor-general for a term of 5 years 15
on and from 17 December 1992. 16
`(2) To remove doubt, it is declared that the extension of the 17
auditor-general's term under this section is not an appointment under 18
section 50 or a reappointment within the meaning of section 51(2). 19
`(3) In this section-- 20
"appointment instrument" means Executive Council Minute No. 2759, 21
of 17 December 1992. 22
