of s 29 (Immature age) 6

Clause 3. Section 29(2)-- 7
omit, insert-- 8
`(2) A person 10 years or more but less than 14 years is criminally 9
responsible for an act or omission, unless it is proved that at the time of 10
doing the act or making the omission the person did not have the capacity to 11
know that the person ought not to do the act or make the omission.'. 12
