The Parliament of Queensland enacts-- 1

Short
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Parliament) Act 1996. 3

Supply
2.(1) The Treasurer may issue from the consolidated fund, and apply for 5
services of the Parliament in the financial year starting 1 July 1996, the sum 6
of $18 294 000. 7
(2) The amount mentioned in subsection (1) includes the amount already 8
authorised by the Appropriation (Parliament) Act 1995 to be issued from 9
the consolidated fund and applied for services of the Parliament in the 10
financial year starting 1 July 1996. 11
