An Act to appropriate certain amounts from the Consolidated Fund
for services of the Parliament for the financial years starting
1 July 1995 and 1 July 1996

Appropriation (Parliament)
The Parliament of Queensland enacts-- 1

Short
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Parliament) Act 1995. 3

Supply
2.(1) The Treasurer may issue from the Consolidated Fund, and apply 5
toward services of the Parliament for the financial year starting 1 July 1995, 6
the sum of $36 587 000. 7
(2) The amount mentioned in subsection (1) includes the amount already 8
authorised by the Appropriation (Parliament) Act 1994 to be issued from 9
the Consolidated Fund and applied towards services of the Parliament for 10
the financial year starting 1 July 1995. 11

Supply
3. The Treasurer may issue from the Consolidated Fund, and apply 13
toward services of the Parliament for the financial year starting 1 July 1996, 14
the sum of $6 098 000. 15
