WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2012 (NO 8 OF 2012) - REG 5

After regulation 21(1)

insert

    (1A)     An application for approval of a course of training must:

(a)     be made in the manner and form required by the regulator; and

(b)     be accompanied by the relevant fee.
