AMENDMENT OF TERRITORY WILDLIFE REGULATIONS (NO 2 OF 2004)

Repeal and substitution
           
Regulation 3 of the Territory Wildlife Regulations is repealed and the following
           substituted:

           3. Protected wildlife (section 43(2))
           
"All species of threatened wildlife, whether identified by classification or
           species, are protected wildlife.".
