Amendment of section 19B (Special meetings)Section 19B(1) –
omit, substitute
(1) A special meeting of a council may be convened by a direction to summon a special meeting given to the CEO by any of the following:
(a) the presiding member;
(b) 3 or more members;
(c) the council by resolution.
