SERIOUS CRIME CONTROL ACT 2009 (NO 32 OF 2009) - SECT 88

(1)         This section amends the Bail Act .

(2)     After section 7A(1)(da)

insert

    (db)     an offence against section  36 , 2010_Acts057.html#_Ref231890127">37 , 2010_Acts057.html#_Ref231983277">38 or 2010_Acts057.html#_Ref229804525">55 of the Serious Crime Control Act ;

    (dc)     an offence against section 103A of the Criminal Code;
