SERIOUS CRIME CONTROL ACT 2009 (NO 32 OF 2009) - SECT 72

    (1)     This section applies if, under this Act, a court:

    (a)     determines a matter in relation to a control order, public safety order or fortification removal order including by:

        (i)     making an order; and

        (ii)     confirming an order, with or without variation; and

        (iii)     revoking or rescinding an order; or

    (b)     hears an appeal against a determination mentioned in paragraph (a).

    (2)     In determining the matter or the appeal, the court may make any ancillary or consequential order it considers appropriate.
