SERIOUS CRIME CONTROL ACT 2009 (NO 32 OF 2009) - SECT 66

    (1)     This section applies if, as a result of a determination by either of the following, a fortification removal order is varied or revoked by:

    (a)     the Court of Summary Jurisdiction under section  64 ;

    (b)     the Supreme Court under section  65 .

Note for subsection (1)

If a court mentioned in subsection (1) makes a fortification removal order (instead of varying or revoking a fortification removal order) under a section mentioned in subsection (1), section  62 applies to the order.

    (2)     If the Commissioner is not present in court when the fortification removal order is varied or revoked, a registrar for the court must give notice of the variation or revocation to the Commissioner.

    (3)     If a person on whom the fortification removal order was served or required to be served is not present in court when the order is varied or revoked, the Commissioner must, as soon as practicable, serve on the person notice of the variation or revocation of the order.
