SERIOUS CRIME CONTROL ACT 2009 (NO 32 OF 2009) - SECT 21

    (1)     A declaration under section  18 takes effect on the date notice of the declaration is published in the Gazette or any later date specified in the declaration.

    (2)     The declaration remains in force for 10 years, or any lesser period specified by the eligible judge when making the declaration, after the date on which it takes effect unless it is sooner revoked or renewed.

    (3)     A change in the name or membership of a declared organisation does not affect the declaration.
