SERIOUS CRIME CONTROL ACT 2009 (NO 32 OF 2009) - SECT 20

An eligible judge is not required to provide any grounds or reasons for a declaration under section  18 or a determination made by the eligible judge under this Part (other than to a person conducting a review under section  85 or 2010_Acts057.html#Elkera_Print_TOC74">86 if the person so requests).

If reasons are provided that include classified information, section  73 applies.
