MINERAL TITLES ACT 2010 (NO 27 OF 2010) - SECT 137

A person may fossick on the following land without giving notice of the intention, or obtaining consent, to do so:

    (a)     vacant Crown land;

    (b)     a declared fossicking area;

    (c)     the proposed title area of an EL or EMEL;

    (d)     the title area of an EMEL.
