LIVESTOCK ACT 2008 (NO 36 OF 2008) - SECT 127

A person must not falsely represent, by words or conduct, that the person, or someone else, is:

    (a)     an inspector; or

    (b)     a person lawfully assisting an inspector.

Fault element:     Intention to deceive.

Maximum penalty:     400 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.
