CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 (NO 37 OF 2007) - SECT 66

The object of this Part is to safeguard the wellbeing of:

    (a)     each child who is in the CEO's care; and

    (b)     each young person who has left the CEO's care.
