(1)     This section amends the Work Health Regulations .

(2)     Regulation 3A(2)(a) and (b), at the end

insert

and

(3)     Regulation 3A(2)(c)

omit, substitute

    (c)     a person who is a carer as defined in the Care and Protection of Children Act ; and
