CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 (NO 37 OF 2007) - SECT 33
Police may make inquiries(1) A police officer may make inquiries about a child if the officer receives information that raises concerns about the child's wellbeing.
(2) Within 24 hours after completing the inquiries, the officer must give a report of the inquiries to the CEO.
