CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 (NO 37 OF 2007) - SECT 328
Authorised persons(1) A person who was an authorised person for the Welfare Act immediately before the first commencement continues to be an authorised person for a licence in force under section 325 , 326 or 327 .
(2) In addition, an authorised officer is taken to be an authorised person for the licence.
