CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 (NO 37 OF 2007) - SECT 239
Report about change of circumstances(1) The licence holder must notify the CEO of any proposed change of circumstances before its occurrence if it is prescribed by regulation for this subsection.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
(2) The licence holder must notify the CEO of any unforeseen change of circumstances as soon as practicable after its occurrence if it is prescribed by regulation for this subsection.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
(3) A notification under subsection (1) or (2) must be made in the approved form.
