CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 (NO 37 OF 2007) - SECT 198

The objects of this Part are:

    (a)     to prevent the exploitation of children in their employment; and

    (b)     to ensure the wellbeing of children who are in employment.
