CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 (NO 37 OF 2007) - SECT 182
Discretion of CEO to consent to transfer(1) If there is a proposal to transfer a child protection order to the Territory under an interstate law, the CEO may:
(a) consent or refuse to consent to the transfer; or
(b) consent or refuse to consent to:
(i) the period for which the order is to be in force; and
(ii) the provisions to be included in the order.
(2) If there is a proposal to transfer a child protection proceeding to the Territory under an interstate law, the CEO may consent or refuse to consent to the transfer.
