CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ACT 2007 (NO 37 OF 2007) - SECT 173
Registration of transfer(1) A Registrar of the Court must register the transfer of a child protection order or child protection proceeding if the CEO files documents for the transfer under section 171 or 2007_Actc093.html#_Ref81906815">172 .
(2) The Registrar must do so in a way decided by the Court.
